You could have done something else last Friday night.  You could have spent the evening relaxing at home with your families.  You could have spent the evening going out with friends.  Instead, you chose to come out and make a difference.  And it wasn't easy for many of you to be there.  You had to deal with rush hour traffic, long distances, wrapping up the week at work, late afternoon return flights from business travel, baby strollers, 1st time racing nervousness, never-before-run-more-than-3-mile nervousness, your own nagging injuries.  And yet you did it.  You showed up.  You made a difference.

To each and every one of you, my deepest thanks.
Wow!  What a great turnout!   60 participating Rohm and Haas runners!   $5000 contribution from Rohm and Haas to ALS Hope!

Needless to say, I was moved by the whole evening, as was my friend, Tom Corrigan.  He was determined to be there.  Simply awesome that he made it and experienced what he had created.  A simple idea of his way-back-when evolving into a huge fund-raiser to help those stricken with ALS.

It was a pleasure for me to see you all there and to meet some of you for the first time.  I'm hoping that each of you similarly enjoyed the evening and the opportunity to catch-up with or otherwise meet fellow RandH runners.

You all are awesome!  And you all make a great team foto!  Thanks!

Many thankful regards,

Bob
